Yoga

Two weeks ago I started Yoga again. 
I only have taken 4 lessons yet, but I totally love it!  It is so relaxing, but at the same time very heavy. I have only done Vinyasa and Hatha, I love them both, but I think I like vinyasa just a little it more! I can’t wait until the next lesson. 

My goal is to improve  my flexibility, to relax and be less stressed.
